Information

  • An entry is valid for the day. Which means you can relax in the sun and enjoy our facilities all day long.

  • All participants must complete the electronic waiver online before climbing.

  • We recommend wearing flexible and sporty clothing for the activity.

  • All participants need to wear closed shoes to climb.

  • It is important to bring reusable water bottles that you can fill directly from our on-site water dispenser. Please note that we do not have disposable cups on site.

  • We have blue toilets on site. There are also complete sanitary facilities (flush and tap) on the esplanade within 2 mins walk.

  • Protect yourself from heatstroke by wearing appropriate clothing and using sunscreen.

  • Personal food is permitted on site.

  • Personal alcohol is strictly prohibited. However, alcohol is available for purchase and may be be enjoyed on the terrace after your climbing session.

GENERAL

  • Only climbers who are about to climb are allowed on the bouldering mats.
  • It is forbidden to run on the bouldering mats.
  • Keep a minimum distance of two (2) meter between you and the other climbers.
  • Please respect the order of priority established: wait your turn before climbing on the wall.

RESPECTS YOUR PERSONALS LIMITS

  • Impaired climbers are strictly prohibited on the site.
  • Respect your body; don’t hesitate to take a break during your workout.
  • Please report any injuries or physical specific conditions to our employees. This allows them to offer you advice and make your practice pleasant and safe.
  • If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or if you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (ex. fever, cough, breathing difficulties), please be considerate and stay at home until the 5-day incubation period is over.

OPENING HOURS

Opening hours are extended to maximized availability for our customers and avoid traffic. Nomad Bloc will be open from 11AM to 11PM during the week, from 9AM to 11PM on Saturdays and from 9AM to 9PM on Sundays. Note however that those operation hours are subject to change without notice.

WEATHER POLICY

Given that our activities are outdoor, our opening hours depend on Mother Nature. We keep our opening status and any changes related to the weather updated in real time on the main publication of our Facebook page. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to climb when:

  • The reception mats are wet.
  • The winds exceed 80 km/h.
  • During an electrical storm.

If your climbing session ends due to a change in weather and it has started less than one hour (1 hour) ago, you will be compensated:

  • For multi-entry passes holders: No punch will be deducted from your account.
  • For customers who paid a single pass: A daily pass will be credited to is account.

ROUTESETTING PERIOD

Please note that RESETs (change of climbing routes) take place every Tuesday and Thursday every two weeks. Please be aware that a portion of the walls will not be available for climbing during these periods. On rainy days, the routesetting can be moved to other days.

CHILDREN AND MINOR UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • From 2 to 7 years old: the child must be accompanied by an adult. A ratio of one (1) adult per child is required. The adult must supervise the child at all times and cannot climb on the wall.
  • From 8 to 12 years old: the child must be accompanied by an adult. A ratio of one (1) adult per child is required. The adult can climb on the wall if the child is not climbing. If the accompanying adult does not climb, he can supervise 2 children aged between 8 and 12 years at the time.
  • From 13 to 18 years old: A parent or legal guardian must sign the minor's waiver. However, the minor is authorized to climb on the wall without supervision.

CHAPERONS, SPECTATORS AND BABIES

  • Chaperones, spectators and baby in stroller can access the site for free.
